Highlands and Islands MSP Donald Cameron said: “It is unbelievable that the SNP Government is presiding over yet another infrastructure fiasco in the Highlands and Islands."

“Not only is there no end in sight to the ferries crisis or in securing a permanent solution to closures of the A83, but the promised roll-out of superfast broadband continues to slip beyond the horizon just as we think we might be finally getting there."

“These continuing failures to deliver are costing jobs here, just as we are attempting to recover from the impact of the pandemic.”
