Highland Council's Older Person Champion Cllr Isabelle Mackenzie has this week urged elderly residents of the Highlands to take advantage of BT's 'Digital Voice' events, designed to help people less familiar with technology understand the changes being made to landline phones.

If you are uncertain about the change, which is phonelines moving from physical to being connected via broadband, you should seek to attend one of the below sessions: (Highland area Council sessions shown)
