Comment on NHS Highland £3.4m bullying pay-out

Highlands and Islands MSP Donald Cameron said: “It is dismaying that so much taxpayers’ money, which could have been spent on healthcare, is being paid to staff who have suffered bullying and, of course, deserve to be compensated.

“This shocking episode demonstrates the importance of proper governance, transparency and accountability in our public bodies.  I very much hope that NHS Highland learns the lessons.”
